HCWS Meetings

HCWS meets six months of the year, from May through October.   All meetings are held the second Saturday of the month at Cheap Joe's Art Stuff in Boone, NC. Please reserve 9:00am-12:30 noon for meetings, live demos and stimulating art-related activity. At the meeting you can

• Enjoy free demonstrations by professional artists
• Bring a recent work on an announced theme to share on our Ledge Gallery
• Bring announcements of art activities to post on our Announcement Board
• Learn about exhibit opportunities
• Get a 10% discount at Cheap Joe's store
• Be inspired by other artists

There will be additional opportunities for you to participate in live and online workshops at an additional fee. Between meetings you can join our private Facebook page or get information from our website https://highcountrywatermediasociety.com.

Guests are welcome to attend the first meeting free. When you return we ask that you join our group as a member. Join by clicking on the Membership tab above. 

All monthly meetings will take place at Cheap Joe's Art Stuff in Boone. Live demos by professional artists this year are:
